You can try deleting your current maps then re uploading from scratch. Sorry about this.

You use polyworks (go to tools) to make your map, then you pack it with the Map Packer (again in tools) then you upload here.

you use other programs, like poliworks (maybe it's on recourse section) or map maker. I prefer Polyworks. Try reading some tutos outthere. If you are really having difficultyes, send me a PM
