only thing anyone can do to make the hits go up is using a program that gives your computer a random IP with each page refresh.

also, I just logged out / logged in / cleared cookies / refreshed pages a whole bunch of times and neither # of hits changed.

what? the login system and the hitcounter's are in no way related, they keep track of hits by IP address logging.

Jrgp, the unique hits thing is bugged, like its something with ur cookie, log in, and being a guest. Watch, like do them in a random order, like clear cookie, log in, log out, or log in, log out, clear cookie, u will see it goes up, mess with them
