The problem with most winter theme maps is that the scenery-work needs to be more carefully done. What you have here is pretty random stuff, some of the sceneries do not fit at all, and it generally has a cluttered look.
The layout looks good, but it reminds me of ctf_rotten and that one other map with the roundabout platforms on the left and right sides.
