Well, EliteCTF has gone through several different layout versions. Maybe just try mimicking the oldest version.

On one team there are a bunch of bots (ducks) and on your team, there are people (you included). The duck team and yours are kept in a specific place so your can't touch eachother. Hence, duckhunting. (camping whilst shooting bots)

That all what I can say in that topic, even perfect polyart and mapping skills dont heal egoistic selfish arrogant. Mapping dont change people into better mappers, just people can change the mapping into better and make better maps.
